Why RCC Facilities?

The Redlands Community College Conference Center offers state-of-the-art technology in an inviting, hospitable setting. All the comforts and convenience people have come to expect from the very finest meeting facilities now are available in an easily-accessible, laid-back, small-town setting, just a short drive from Oklahoma City and Will Rogers World Airport. Located just one mile off I-40, RCC has convenient parking, is easy to find, and has lodging and restaurants within a short distance.

RCC Conference CenterRCC Conference Center

Seating up to 500, the Redlands Community College Conference Center can be left as one large area or divided into three separate rooms by sliding walls. This would allow breakout sessions or vendor displays to be set up within a few steps of the main gathering area. Seating can be arranged in a style that best suits your event. Banquet seating is available for up to 260. The Center also includes:

  • An 11 foot screen
  • Front screen projector, slide projector, and overhead projector
  • VHS, DVD, CD, and cassette player
  • Podium on raised stage with wired and wireless microphone connections
  • Complete wireless sound system
  • KU and C band satellite downlink
  • Adequate electrical outlets and wireless network connections
  • Laptop and CD-ROM connections
  • Access to kitchen
  • Registration desk outside door

MM 125This room seats up to 127, has stadium seating, and is perfect for seminars and presentations. It includes:

  • Wireless sound system
  • Podium with wireless, hand-held, or lapel microphones
  • 10 x 10 ft. screen
  • Rear screen projector
  • Slide-to-video converter
  • VHS, DVD, and CD player
  • Document camera
  • Microphone jacks, audio inputs, and wall mounted speakers available
  • Audience seating is equipped with electrical outlets, perfect for laptops

Video Conferencing

This state-of-the-art video conferencing facility provides fully H.323 compatible equipment, allowing connection to anyone, anywhere in the world with like capabilities. It truly is an exceptional way to reduce travel expenses for meeting purposes. The room seats 24 people at two modular tables. The modular sections allow for breakout sessions during meetings or full-group interaction. Wireless Internet access also is provided in the room, enabling anyone with wireless 802.11b/g equipment to connect to the Internet.

OneNet Hub

As a OneNet hub site, not only can RCC connect seamlessly with any other OneNet facility, but we also can utilize our status by connecting to other Internet2 and National Lambda Rail facilities. These services allow for very high-speed data, video, and voice communications between thousands of educational institutions and government entities.

Information CommonsInformation Commons

The RCC Information Commons has 40 workstations. Each computer includes:

  • Internet access
  • Printing access for a minimal fee
  • Current Microsoft Office Suite applications

Technology Training Center

This room is a specialized computer training lab that can be disconnected from the RCC network for confidentiality. It contains the following features:

  • 24 computer stations
  • 5 x 5 ft. drop down screen
  • Overhead projector
  • Podium with laptop computer

*Upon RCC's approval, we will install specialized software for your convenience.

RCC has three Interactive Education Television classrooms that provide a link to anyone with similar capabilities. As a result, these classrooms can be used as live, two-way interactive conference rooms that include:

  • Full-motion video and audio streaming capabilities
  • Stationary instructor's mike
  • Document camera
  • Fax/phone
  • Multimedia computer

Student Center Dining RoomFacilities for Smaller Groups

RCC also offers facilities to accommodate smaller groups. The Student Center Dining Room is a banquet room for up to 50 people and is often used for luncheons or private dinners.

In addition, the Redlands Room is a comfortable conference area that can seat up to 24. It includes a projector, drop down screen, and a bar for catering services.

Art Gallery

Art Gallery collectionThe Art Gallery is the perfect place for receptions or simply viewing beautiful art displays. The artwork is changed every six weeks and the room is under 24-hour camera surveillance.

Culture Center TheaterCulture Center Theater

This beautiful auditorium with stadium seating accommodates just under 300. It includes a stage, theatrical lighting, and a wireless sound system. This space is perfect for plays, speeches, or training events.

Catering Services

Catering services are available for any size group, up to 260. A variety of rooms and configurations are available for dining, including formal sit-down meals and buffets. Specialty items may be requested. RCC offers delicious food at a reasonably low price. Please call for a full menu.
