GOALS is an education and training program which provides services to Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF) participants and other low-income families.  Our mission is to "Link preparedness with opportunity" and we do this by offering programs of study in fields that are in demand in today's labor market.  Our professional, caring staff works in collaboration with students to design a career path that will improve the quality of ife for them and their children.
