If an Oklahoma student is unhappy with the institutional outcome and has exhausted ALL options for appeal with the institution, then the student may file a complaint with the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education (OSRHE). For the procedures to follow for the OSRHE complaint process, please visit the OSRHE website.
If an out-of-state student attending RCC through the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) is unhappy with the institutional complaint process and has exhausted ALL options for appeal with the institution, then a complaint may be forwarded to the OSRHE through its SARA student complaint process. Additional information about SARA student complaints can be found on the NC-SARA website.
