Fall $2,934 per semester per bedroom
Spring $2,934 per semester per bedroom
Summer $1,956 per semester per bedroom
Four Bedroom Apartment
Fall $2,555 per semester per bedroom
Spring $2,555 per semester per bedroom
Summer $1,704 per semester per bedroom
Apartment Transfers/Changes: $200
When you have been officially admitted and have enrolled as a full‐time student AND the advance rent payment or financial payment arrangement documents are received, residential accommodations will be finalized and you will be notified. Room, apartment and building requests will be given preference based upon prior residents’ requests and payment received dates. Requests for a two‐bedroom apartment are based upon prior residents’ request, payment received dates, and availability.
All housing forms must be submitted before your housing application is complete.
