How To Receive College Credit

High School students must:

Enroll in a Career Major with an Alliance Agreement
Be a Junior or Senior

And meet one of the following criteria:
A cumulative grade point average of 2.5;or
A composite score of 15 on the PLAN test taken sophomore year;or
A composite ACT score of 19

And if all of the above is met:
Complete and submit co-enrollment forms to RCC which include:
h.s. transcript,
parent statement of understanding signed by student and parent/guardian
RCC Application for Admission
Official High School Transcript

The combined number of high school, career tech and college courses per semester does not exceed a full time college workload of 19 semester credit hours. For the purposes of calculating workload, one‐half high school unit is the equivalent to three semester credit hours of college work.
The student meets the admissions and enrollment standards established by the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.
The student must have permission from parent or legal guardian to enroll as a concurrent or cooperative alliance student.

Adult students must:
