El Reno Masonic Lodge #50, Redlands Aggie Club to Hold Annual Fundraiser

Redlands Community College is partnering with El Reno Masonic Lodge #50 to host the annual Aggie Club scholarship banquet and fundraiser at 6:30 p.m. May 9 in the Redlands Conference Center.

The catered dinner features silent and live auctions with proceeds providing scholarships for agriculture students. For every dollar raised, Masonic Lodge #50 request matching funds from the charity foundation. Tickets are $12 at door.

“We are grateful for the community’s support and for the contributions from the Masonic Lodge,” said Redlands President Jack Bryant. “Redlands has an outstanding agriculture program, and through the generosity of the Masons and hard work of our Aggie Club members, last fall we received a check from El Reno Masonic Lodge #50 for $10,124.”

Several scholarships are awarded each spring to agriculture students, including multiple scholarships through the El Reno Masonic Lodge #50/Redlands Aggie Club Endowed Scholarship Program. Over the years, due to the generosity of the El Reno Masonic Lodge #50, nearly $100,000 has been donated to award scholarships to and support programs benefiting agriculture students.

“This fundraiser is great opportunity to help our current and future agriculture students,” said Annie Pearson, Aggie Club sponsor and head of Redlands’ agriculture department. “We will have many exciting auction items, and we look forward to a successful event.”
