Redlands Community College (RCC), a member of the NJCAA Division 1 Region 2, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week and may include housing. This position pays $7.50 per hour. The Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball reports directly to the Head Coach for Men's Basketball. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to: 1) Recruiting - Coordinate campus tours, overnight visits and workouts. Attending High School and Prep Schools games and/or practices. Responsibilities include: Attending to live animals, which includes feeding, watering, herding, weighing, catching, and loading animals. Other duties may include landscaping and maintenance on the Darlington campus, maintaining records on animals, examining animals to detect diseases and injuries, assisting in birth deliveries, and administering medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate. Applicants must be able to do general cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including cleaning and maintaining animal housing areas; be able to operate tractors, mowers, and string trimmers; and be able to lift a minimum of 75 pounds.
