Professor of Nursing

Redlands Community College is accepting applications for two (2) full-time, 9-month nursing professors for the ACEN accredited and OBN approved Associate Degree in Nursing RN Program. Areas of teaching responsibility in theory, laboratory, and clinical portions of the courses may include the following areas: Medical-surgical, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Mental Health, and Community. The successful candidates will work provide oversight in collaboration with team members within clinical, laboratory, classroom settings. Candidates will be expected to maintain regular office hours to students for advisement and consultation. Candidates are expect to serve on institutional committees, attend scheduled in-services, and attend professional development programs. Qualifications include: Unencumbered Oklahoma RN license; equivalent of two years full-time practice as an RN; and Master's degree in nursing required. Salary range: $48,000-$55,000. Adjunct Professor for Anatomy

Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for adjunct teaching position in Anatomy. Morning/Daytime/Evening classes available. Adjunct Instructor for Clinical Nursing

Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for Adjunct Instructor for Clinical Nursing positions for the nursing program. Responsibilities include: teach assigned clinical groups, participate in assigned simulation times, or teach course subjects as arranged in one or more nursing specialties including Medical Surgical, Pediatric, Maternal-Newborn, Psychiatric, or Community Nursing; maintain communication with students and faculty weekly and as needed to report student progress; report to the Nursing Department Head; interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students individually and in healthcare facilities; promote the mission of the Department, as well as the College as a whole. Qualifications include: Master's degree in nursing preferred and Bachelor's Degree in nursing required, prior teaching experience is also preferred. Position reports to the Department Head. This a temporary position based on departmental needs and availabilities each semester.
