Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a Professor of Political Science/E-Sports Coach position.  This is a full-time, tenure track, 10-month position with excellent benefits.  Candidate will be expected to serve as coach of the E-Sports team and be familiar with NJCCAE guidelines.  Candidate will also be expected to teach courses within the area(s) of political science.  Candidate may be expected to teach in a variety of instructional formats (face-to-face, hybrid, and online).  Responsibilities include: Teach assigned classes, advise, recruit and mentor students.  Evaluate student performance, and maintain department and student information in accordance with policies.  Serve as the Coach for the E-Sports team.  Plan, organize, recruit, retain, and administer all aspects of the E-Sports team.  Adhere to the educational philosophy of the college.  Work in a collaborative manner with colleagues and professional peers.  Participate in meetings that relate specifically to faculty and department needs.  Required Qualifications include: A Master’s degree from a regionally accredited university with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in political science or related field.  Be an accomplished, creative, and energetic teacher that can provide evidence of teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.  Have effective online teaching experience including completion of Quality Matters online training certification (or willingness to complete). Be able to communicate verbally and in writing with clear, grammatically correct English.  Be demonstrably proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel), as well as email and internet.  Preferred Qualifications include: A Doctorate degree from a regionally accredited university.  Have two years teaching experience at the collegiate level with dedication to teaching, professional development, and academic student engagement.  Have experience teaching at a Community College.  Have experience teaching in various instructional formats.  Qualified applicants need to apply by: Submitting a cover letter that specifically addresses your qualifications for the position, a comprehensive resume or CV, copies of college transcripts, and three references with names, addresses, and phone numbers.  Screening of applicants will continue until the position has been filled.

Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for adjunct teaching positions in Agriculture Livestock Photography.
