Redlands Community College Agriculture Department is seeking qualified candidates
for the position of Part time Coach of Shooting Sports Team. The Shooting Sports Team
Coach is responsible for recruiting, training, scouting of opponents, organizing official
and unofficial visits, and coaching members of the Redlands Shooting Sports Team.
The Shooting Sports Coach is required to abide by the rules and regulations established
by Redlands Community College, Region II Athletics, the NJCAA, and any other groups
or organizations that sponsor shooting sports events in which the Redlands Shooting
Sports team competes.
Key Responsibilities:
The Shooting Sports Team Coach will:
Recruit and train student athletes
Scout opponents and organize visits
Coach the team at state, regional, and national events
Ensure compliance with Redlands CC, NJCAA, and other governing bodies
Travel with the team and represent the college at competitions
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong leadership, communication, and recruiting skills
Coaching experience required
Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Clery Statement
Redlands Community College is committed to providing a safe place to live, work, study
and visit. Part of this effort includes sharing information regarding the safety and
security of our campuses.
Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery
Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites. These
notifications are primarily sent if the incident poses an ongoing safety threat as
determined by the President of the College or his designee. The act requires colleges
and universities to make “timely warnings,” known as “Safety Alerts” at Redlands,
to campus community members about specific types of crime if an ongoing threat is
