Beginning Fall 2021, students will be using Self Service to manage their student account. Below are helpful links to Self Service and other student resources. Students enrolled in Spring and Summer courses will continue to use the my.Redlandscc.edu platform until the end of those semesters.

Employees can access the portal at my.redlandscc.edu.
- Accessing Self Service
Your Self Service username is your first name.middle initial.last name (all lowercase): Example: john.m.doe
If you do not have a middle name, insert “1” in place of a letter. Example – john.1.doe
If you have a middle name but are still unable to log in using the middle initial, replace that letter with “1” as used in the example above. If you still receive an error, please contact the Help Desk, Technology.Support@redlandscc.edu.
Your password will be your first initial, last initial, 8 digit date of birth, followed by !. Example - if your name is Jane Doe and your birthdate is April 17, 1998, your password will be jd04171998! The letters in your default password will be lower case.
New password requirements must contain the following requirements:
- at least 9 characters
- at least one number at least one upper case letter
- at least one lower case letter
- at least one special character (e.g. !,@, #, $, %, ^, &, *, =, etc.)
