On the Go Redlands webpage, you will be prompted to set up your single sign-on account. You must enter your personal email address and/or cell phone number. Once you have created your account, you will log into the site that will give you access to Self-Service, Canvas, your Redlands Email account and other valuable resources.
If you are unable to log in to Go Redlands, submit a help desk ticket from a non-Redlands email account, and include your username, date of birth, and the issue you are having. Submit the request to Technology.Support@redlandscc.edu. The IT Department will process the request as quickly as possible.
Self-Service is the platform where students can manage their accounts. Canvas is the learning management system where students will complete coursework in their class(es), but they will not have access to your class(es) through the site until August 12th. It’s important that students log into Self-Service and Canvas, and locate and read each class syllabus. If you are having any issues logging in, please contact Technology Support: email@example.com or 405.422.1288.
Employees should use their current User ID and password to log into Go Redlands to access Self-Service, Canvas, Zoom and email.

To locate your Student ID number, access Self-Service through Go Redlands. Under Self-Service, click on the User Options on the bottom left and then select User Profile. The 7-digit number will be listed under your profile picture.
