Few colleges the size of Redlands have such a wide range of academic programs — not to mention the levels of excellence. Redlands houses a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the largest Honors Society for two-year colleges.

Undergraduates at Redlands get to be involved in conducting research. Plus, all classes are taught by the full professor: there are no graduate-student teachers.

Paying for Redlands

A college education at Redlands costs less than the Oklahoma state average for public institutions (based on cost per credit hour). For students planning to attain a four-year degree, completing the first two at Redlands can save you thousands.

Housing Costs

The 2022-2023 prices listed below include rent, utilities and trash services, and other charges incidental to Resident Living at Cougar Crossing Student Apartments.

Two Bedroom Apartment

Fall	$3,022 per semester per bedroom
Spring	$3,022 per semester per bedroom
Summer	$2,015 per semester per bedroom

Four Bedroom Apartment

Fall	$2,632 per semester per bedroom
Spring	$2,632 per semester per bedroom
Summer	$1,755 per semester per bedroom

Apartment Transfers/Changes: $200

Room Arrangements

When you have been officially admitted and have enrolled as a full‐time student AND the advance rent payment or financial payment arrangement documents are received, residential accommodations will be finalized and you will be notified. Room, apartment and building requests will be given preference based upon prior residents’ requests and payment received dates. Requests for a two‐bedroom apartment are based upon prior residents’ request, payment received dates, and availability.
