As a college student, you are dealing with a lot – assignments, tests, work, family and more. It’s even more of a challenge if you are struggling with anxiety, depression or feelings of loneliness.

We all need help at times, and we want you to have the resources and support to be successful in the classroom and in your daily life.

Feeling stressed?  Having a bad day?  Worried about your future? It can help to know that there is someone on campus with a supportive ear. Through the NASNTI Part F Grant, Redlands has a student counselor. Julie Lamb, LPC, is available to see students who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, adjusting to college life, etc. If needs exceed short-term counseling, Julie can also refer students for more extensive counseling services as well as to community resources to help with food, clothing and financial assistance.  To make an appointment, stop by S-104E, call 405-422-6236 or email Julie.

Other Resources

Mental health resources are also available through the Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions (NASNTI) Part F Grant, which is funded by a five-year U.S. Department of Education grant totaling $2.06 million. The NASNTI F grant has established a partnership with BetterHelp, the world's largest therapy provider, to offer a layer of support to our students by providing access to professional counseling, anytime, anywhere.
