Agreement Signed with Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes

Redlands Community College President Jena Marr recently met with Reggie Wassana, governor of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes, to sign a formal agreement designed to generate awareness of American Indian culture as well as to enhance programs that encourage and support high school students in the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes who are interested in pursuing a college degree.

“We appreciate the relationship Redlands has with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes and Governor Wassana,” Marr said, “We’re looking forward to expanding our partnership with the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes’ education team to make sure we are providing the programs and opportunities that meet their needs and that also support our current students who are citizens of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.”
