2021 Camp in a Box!
We're excited to provide a "Camp in a Box!" kit for families to enjoy Kids' College at home thanks to the generous support of the National Institute of General Medical Sciences of the National Institutes of Health.
Each kit will contain a multitude of educational tools and materials to help your child experience learning while at home this summer. Some of the items included are: a Nature Explorer & Bug Catching Kit, Binoculars, a Magnifying Glass, a Nature Observation Journal, a Beginning Birdwatcher’s Book, a Fossil Dig Kit, a LEGO building kit, an Ultimate Explorer Field Guide to the Night Sky, a Gemstone Kit, Art Supplies and more. These items are suitable for ages 8-12.
“Camp in a Box!” kits were offered on a first-come, first-serve basis to those who signed up online. Due to an overwhelming response, all boxes have been reserved. They can be picked up Tuesday, June 1, from noon to 5 p.m. in the Redlands Community College Conference Center. Please bring proof of identification.
In addition, follow Redlands Community College on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram during the first two weeks in June and watch for directions to enter your child’s name for a drawing on June 14 for a Lunar Telescope!
