COMPLIANCE REPORT – 2024

This Free Speech Compliance Report is provided to document compliance actions implemented, and any incidents or barriers related to freedom of expression at Redlands Community College (RCC) in accordance with the requirements contained in 70 O.S. § 2120.

A.    Compliance Actions Implemented 

  • RCC revised its Policy 500: Public Use of College Property Policy December, 2019. This policy is posted on the RCC website accessible to the public and to the RCC Campus Community. 
  • RCC Office of the President received no requests for use of space on the RCC campus for any public demonstrations or rallies for the period ending December 2024. 

B.     Barriers To or Incidents of Disruption of Free Expression on Campus, no barriers or incidents reported for the period ending December 2024.

Should an application for use of a college facility be denied in any fashion, applicants may seek an appeal by written request to the Executive Vice President or their designee within 72 hours of the denial. A determination shall be made within 24 hours before the event when possible. The decision of the EVP, or their designee, shall be final and binding.
