Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Professor of Nursing/Assistant Department Head of Nursing and Allied Health position in the Nursing and Allied Health Department.  This is a full-time, tenure track, 10-month position with excellent benefits. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Position reports to Department Head of Nursing and Allied Health. Head Coach of Men's Baseball - Full-time position(s)

Redlands Community College is seeking a multi-disciplinary Men’s Baseball Coach. This is a full-time, 10-month, non-tenure track faculty position with excellent benefits. Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Executive Director of Student Services position.  This is a full-time, 12-month, professional staff position.  The salary range is $72,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year with excellent benefits.  The Executive Director is responsible for providing leadership for development and implementation of all student service related programs, and works collaboratively with the academic division to provide quality customer services that assists in academic and student success.  This position reports to the President.
Duties and Responsibilities include:  Provide strategic leadership in the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive service programs that support student enrollment, retention, and success; develop and execute strategies for enhancing student engagement and satisfaction across all phases of the student lifecycle from prospect to alumni; oversee the administration of all student services areas including recruiting, admissions, advising, career services, and student support programs; ensure programs comply with college policies, as well as state and federal regulations concerning student services and ADA compliance; work closely with academic divisions to integrate student services with academic programs, enhancing the overall student experience and supporting academic success; collaborate with faculty and other college stakeholders to develop initiatives that improve student retention and graduation rates; lead efforts in enrollment management, recruiting strategies, and retention initiatives designed to meet or exceed enrollment targets and improve persistence; analyze trends in enrollment and retention data to inform policy and program decisions; provide leadership and oversight for academic advising, career services, and other student support services aimed at enhancing student academic and career outcomes; develop and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of advising and support services; strengthen relationships with local high schools and community organizations to boost student recruitment and community engagement; oversee outreach and dual-enrollment programs that facilitate the transition of high school students to college environments; advocate for student needs and ensure that student services are responsive, inclusive, and supportive of all student populations; oversee the training and development of student ambassadors; develop a positive environment that supports teamwork and innovation; ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other relevant laws; oversee accommodations and support for students with disabilities; develop and maintain policies related to student affairs and ensure they are communicated effectively to students and staff; manage budgets for student services divisions and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet strategic goals; evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency; prepare reports for the college leadership on student services outcomes, challenges, and progress; serve as a key spokesperson for student services issues at college meetings and external events; ensure all employees work within the duties and responsibilities of assigned positions; work cooperatively with other colleges and universities on collaborative programs for student success; work evenings and weekends as required and perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Administration or other designated management; and serve as the Redlands Community College outside contact for all state, regional and/or national functions or organizations that relate to student affairs or student services. Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited university; a minimum of 5 years of experience in student service areas of a college or university; strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience with the development of budgets and tracking expenditures; computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel experience; ability to present information effectively one-on-one or before small groups of employees within the organization; must have excellent mathematical skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, compute percent in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; and have the ability to solve problems and perform in a variety of difficult situations where limited rules exist.  Master’s or higher degree is desired. Professor of Chemistry - Full-time position(s)

Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for a full-time Professor of Chemistry position. This is a full-time, tenure track, 9-month position with excellent benefits. Responsibilities include:  Teaches, advises, recruits and mentors students, evaluates student performance, and maintains department and student information in accordance with policies. Adheres to the educational philosophy of the college. Works in a collaborative manner with colleagues and professional peers. Participates in meetings that relate specifically to faculty and department needs. Develops curriculum and assessment plans for courses in field of expertise and integrates applied research into the curriculum. Candidates will be expected to teach courses and laboratories within the areas of chemistry and physical sciences. Courses may include General Chemistry I and II, Survey of General, Organic and Biochemistry and Physical Science.  Candidates may be expected to teach in a variety of instructional formats (face-to-face, hybrid, and online) as well as morning, day and evening classes. Candidate will be responsible for overseeing the chemical inventory of the department, maintaining safety protocols for the labs and waste disposal.  Required Qualifications:  Master's degree from a regionally accredited university with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in chemistry related area; have two years of teaching experience at the collegiate level with dedication to teaching, professional development, and academic student engagement; and be an accomplished, creative, and energetic teacher that can provide evidence of teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.  Effective online teaching experience including completion of Quality Matters online training certification (or willingness to complete). Ranch Hand at Royse Ranch - Part-time position(s)

Redlands Community College is seeking candidates to apply for a Ranch Hand at Royse Ranch. This is a part-time position, limited to working 25 hours per week at $10.00 per hour at the Royse Ranch location.  Responsibilities include:  Arena and ranch general maintenance; painting, mowing and weedeating; fence building; operating farm machinery and equipment; general care of animals (i.e., feeding, watering, cleaning of pens, etc.); may include the use of some chemicals and hazardous products; and other duties as assigned.  Skills, Knowledge and Experience preferred:  Mechanical maintenance and repair; welding; chemical application; operate tractors with frontend loaders; operate zero-turn mowers; operate engine driven tools (weed eaters, chainsaws, etc.); cattle handling (gathering, sorting, loading, and administering medication and vaccine); tagging calves at birth without help; fence building and repair (electric, barbed wire, and cable); and ability to drive a pickup while pulling a trailer and be able to back it up.  Requirements:  Applicant must be able to lift a minimum of 80 lbs. Beef Show Team Coach - Full-time position(s)

Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the Beef Show Team Coach position.  This is a full-time, 10-month, professional staff position with excellent benefits.  This position reports to the Department Head of Agriculture.  Responsibilities include:  Serving as the head coach of the RCC Beef Show Team, maintaining the show cattle herd and the Royse Ranch beef barn, and aiding in the instruction of the Livestock Fitting and Grooming class.  The coach will be responsible for recruiting students for the beef team, selecting livestock shows to exhibit at, booking travel arrangements, traveling with the team members, preparing the show cattle for exhibition, maintaining good records of receipts and expenditures, and serving as a mentor to the team.  They will be expected to maintain public relations and coordinate fundraising activities.  Maintenance of the cattle herd includes, but is not limited to, practicing good animal husbandry, nutrition, herd health, and breeding.  Maintenance of the beef barn includes, but is not limited to, cleanliness, organization, and upkeep.  This position will be expected to maintain a safe environment for our students and visitors.  Qualifications include:  Bachelor’s degree preferred with a major in Agriculture; previous experience in the show cattle industry; possess a valid driver’s license; must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and should not be allergic to animals or animal dander; ability to work with students and producers from diverse backgrounds and life situations; and possess well- developed written and oral communication skills.  To apply:  Interested applicants are required to complete an online employment application and submit a cover letter that specifically addresses your qualifications for the position, a comprehensive resume or CV, copies of college transcripts and three references with names, addresses and phone numbers.  Click here to access the application and upload documentation.  Position is open until filled.

Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball - Part-time position(s)

Redlands Community College (RCC), a member of the NJCAA Division 1 Region 2, is accepting applications for the position of Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball. This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week and may include housing. This position pays $7.50 per hour. The Assistant Coach for Men's Basketball reports directly to the Head Coach for Men's Basketball. Responsibilities include: Assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of the program, including but not limited to: 1) Recruiting - Coordinate campus tours, overnight visits and workouts. Attending High School and Prep Schools games and/or practices. Go to showcases in Oklahoma and Out-of-State. 2) Scouting opponents. 3) Game Day - Supervise game stats, coordinate filming and streaming games, pre-game roster certification, post-game equipment and gear verification. 4) Social Media updates. Fitness Center Worker - Part-time position(s)
