Professor of Nursing - Full-time position.
Redlands Community College is accepting applications for a nursing professor for the ACEN accredited and OBN approved Associate Degree in Nursing RN Program. Position will report to the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health and is a full-time, 9-month faculty position with excellent benefits. Responsibilities include: Classroom and clinical teaching in the nursing program; instruct and support the integrity of the curricula in team teaching model; follow Redlands Community College official calendar for course calendar, observing holiday breaks, start and stop times; assess and encourage student achievement per student learning objectives; interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students individually and in groups; and promote the mission of the division as well as the college as a whole. Qualifications include: Master's degree with major in nursing is required; evidence of current practice with a minimum of two years full-time equivalent practice as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting preceding the first date of first employment as a teacher as required by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and Rules and Regulations; two years of teaching experience as a full-time faculty member in a nursing program leading to licensure; must hold a valid unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma (or receive licensure before start date); and preference will be given to the candidates with OB/Peds and/or Critical Care practice background. Adjunct Professor for Agriculture - Part-time position.
Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for adjunct teaching positions in Agriculture Economics and Agriculture Communications. Adjunct Nursing Clinical Instructors - Part-time positions.
Redlands Community College is accepting applications for adjunct faculty for clinical instruction for the ACEN accredited and OBN approved Associate Degree in Nursing RN program. Successful candidates will work in a team, either freshman or sophomore level, in clinical settings with nursing student groups. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to pre-conference with nursing students at clinical facilities as required, clinical supervision, post-conference with students, grading of care plans, and clinical evaluations of nursing students at the end of clinical experience. Adjunct orientation will be provided to facilitate the role of clinical instructor and review paperwork necessary for the role. Redlands strives to maintain a climate of open communication where faculty is included in decision making and guidance of situations with students. Qualifications include an unencumbered Oklahoma RN license; equivalent of two years full-time practice as an RN; and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. State and Federal background checks required prior to beginning employment. Adjunct Professor for Political Science – Part-time position.

Responsibilities include: teach assigned classes in Political Science, daytime and/or afternoon sections available per the semester schedule; support the integrity of the curricula in concert with the department head; follow Redlands Community College official course calendar, observing holiday breaks, start and stop times, and deadline for grades; assess and encourage student achievement per student learning objectives; interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students individually and in groups; and promote the mission of the department, as well as the College as a whole. Adjunct Professor for Anatomy - Part-time position(s).
Redlands Community College is seeking qualified candidates to apply for adjunct teaching position in Anatomy. Morning/Daytime/Evening classes available. Responsibilities include: teach assigned classes; support the integrity of the curricula with the Department Head; follow Redlands Community College official course calendar, observing holiday breaks, and start and stop times; assess and encourage student achievement per student learning objectives; interact in an effective and encouraging manner with students individually and in groups; promote the mission of the Department, as well as the College as a whole. Assistant Coach for Livestock Judging - Part time position.
This is a part time position. Responsibilities include: serve as Assistant Coach for the Redlands Livestock Judging Team; recruit Redlands agriculture students; work with educators and producers in the region, state and country to foster positive relationships for the College; maintain a safe environment for students, visitors and animals; must be accessible to the needs of the College, especially in the case of an emergency. Mandatory qualifications include: available to work evenings and weekends; experience in collegiate livestock judging; and a clean driving record. Peer Tutor(s) - Part-time position(s).
Part-time positions working up to 25 hours per week. The Academic Center for Enhancement is seeking tutors in the following areas:

Tutors will provide individual and small group tutoring sessions; facilitate learning as a guide to assist the student to become a successful, independent learner; facilitate an increase and enhancement in student mastery of concepts or applications of a specific course of study as presented by the course instructor; and integrate effective study and learning strategies to maximize the student's potential for academic progress. A Peer Tutor must demonstrate an ability to establish rapport and communicate with students and instructors. Qualifications include: successfully completed the course of study with a grade of "B" or better for which they will be tutoring. Enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours at Redlands Community College preferred. Students enrolled at four-year institutions will be considered. Testing Center Proctor - Part-time position.
The Academic Center for Enhancement is seeking a Testing Center Proctor.  This is a part-time position working up to 25 hours per week, which may include some evening hours. Responsibilities include opening and closing the Testing Center, proctoring exams, maintaining test security, assisting professors with exam submissions, maintaining a quiet and distraction-free environment, and maintaining confidentiality. Qualifications include enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours at Redlands Community College preferred. Athletics Time/Score Keeper - Part-time/Temporary positions
Part-time, temporary position, working games as scheduled.  Pay is $25.00 per game. Position runs until March 30, 2018. Responsibilities include ability to run a scoreboard clock, and/or a shot clock, and input scores into the scoreboard for soccer and/or basketball games.  Employees will be required to arrive prior to the start of the games, and remain after the games have ended to assist with equipment setup and take-down.  Other duties include: following all facility policies, rules and regulations; inspecting and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor; and other duties as assigned. Basketball Bookkeeper - Part-time/Temporary positions
Part-time, temporary position, working games as scheduled.  Pay is $25.00 per game. Position runs until March 30, 2018. Responsibilities include tracking individual player statistics, the number of penalties or fouls each player receives, and alerting an official when a player receives his last permissible foul or penalty.  Prior experience is required for this position.  Employees will be required to arrive prior to the start of the games, and remain after the games have ended to assist with setup and take-down.  Other duties include: following all facility policies, rules and regulations; inspecting and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor; and other duties as assigned.  Minimum qualifications: knowledge and/or past experience with the sport being played.  Applications may be picked up from the Human Resources Department at Redlands Community College, 1300 South Country Club Road, El Reno, OK 73036. Athletics Announcer - Part-time/Temporary positions
Part-time, temporary position, working games as scheduled.  Pay is $25.00 per game. Position runs until March 30, 2018. Responsibilities include introducing teams and players, initiating the pledge/national anthem, providing the audience with play by play commentary on action happening in the game, and cueing music or other talent before and/or during the game breaks.  Employees will be required to arrive prior to the start of the games, and remain after the games have ended to assist with setup and take-down.  Other duties include: following all facility policies, rules and regulations; inspecting and reporting any unsafe conditions or equipment to the supervisor; and other duties as assigned.  Minimum qualifications: knowledge and/or past experience with the sport being announced.  Applications may be picked up from the Human Resources Department at Redlands Community College, 1300 South Country Club Road, El Reno, OK 73036. Administrative Assistant to the Print Shop and Physical Plant - Part-Time position
Working up to 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8am to Noon each day. Position will coordinate college vehicle scheduling including check ins and outs, will perform a variety of administrative and departmental support activities. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to paying invoices, coordinating meetings, telephone communications, greeting and directing visitors, and preparing correspondence, working on various monthly reports within Excel. Qualified applicant must have excellent oral and written skills, be organized and detail-oriented, dependable and punctual, and have computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office required. Two to five years documented experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified is preferred. Manager of Men's Basketball Operations - Part-time position.
Redlands Community College, a member of the Region II of NJCAA, is accepting applications for the position of Manager of Men's Basketball Operations. This position reports directly to the Head Coach for Men's Basketball and is responsible for all aspects of the program including, but not limited to: team travel coordination; Recruiting travel coordination for staff; Scheduling practice facilities (home and away); Coordination and maintenance of equipment and apparel; Coordination and recording of videotape (Games); Supervising Academic progress; Coordinate social media updates. Upward Bound Bus Driver - Part-time/Temporary position.
This position is for an as needed bus driver who is available to drive one Saturday a month as needed for a federally funded grant program. Requirements include: Current Oklahoma CDL License with Passenger and School Bus Endorsements, verifiable safe driving record, flexible schedule, and knowledge of the surrounding five-county service area. Responsibility includes: Safely transport Upward Bound students to and from Upward Bound events as directed by Upward Bound staff, follow all Redlands policies for check out and utilization of college vehicles, and responsible for the safety of Upward Bound participants in transit. Upward Bound Tutor – Union City, OK - Part-time/Temporary position.
This federally funded program is seeking an individual to serve as a tutor in the areas of Math, Science, and English. Position runs during the academic year only, August- May. The position is one hour a week at Union City High School. Applicant must be or have been a certified teacher in the state of Oklahoma, demonstrate leadership and dependability, and have good moral standards. Responsibilities include assisting TRIO Upward Bound students in all subject areas, supporting all program policies, and maintaining accurate records. Group Exercise Instructor - Part-time position.
Redlands Community College is looking for a part-time Group Exercise Instructor. The position is under the supervision of the Wellness Class and Fitness for Life Coordinator. The applicant must have an individual or group type exercise certification and have experience in Boot Camp, Cardio Strength and Endurance, or Self Defense/Martial Arts being taught. Current CPR certification is also required for the position. The applicant must provide well designed programs while monitoring and educating patrons on fitness and safety. Yoga Instructor - Part-time position.
Redlands Community College is looking for a part-time Certified Yoga Instructor.  The Beginning Yoga Instructor will be responsible for providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the Wellness/Longevity beginning yoga class participants.  This will be in the form of instructing and demonstrating safe yoga poses, guiding safe stretching, and practicing breathing exercises.  The individual in this position must be able to instruct a yoga class and provide levels of modification tailored to the individual's needs.  A Yoga certification is required to instruct the class and a CPR certification is required for the safety of the class.  Applications may be picked up from the Human Resources Department at Redlands Community College, 1300 South Country Club Road, El Reno, OK  73036.  Position is open until filled. 

Veterans Upward Bound Peer Tutor(s) - Part-time position(s)
Part-time position(s) working up to 6 hours per week. The Veterans Upward Bound (VUB) program is seeking tutor(s) for multiple locations, including the Veterans' Affairs Medical Center in downtown Oklahoma City. Specifically, VUB is seeking tutor(s) in the following areas of study: Mathematics, Reading and Writing. Tutor(s) will provide individual and small group tutoring sessions; facilitate learning as a guide to assist VUB participants to become successful, independent learners; and integrate effective study and learning strategies to maximize the participant's potential for academic progress. A Peer Tutor must demonstrate an ability to establish rapport and communicate with participants. Qualifications include: Successfully completed the course of study with a grade of "B" or better for which they will be tutoring. Preferred Qualification: Letter of recommendation from subject area instructor. Ability to provide tutoring in all areas. Peer Tutors for NASNTI-STEM - Part-time position(s).
Part-time student positions working up to 20 hours per week for a federally-funded grant program. The Native American Serving Non-Tribal Institutions (NASNTI) Stem (Part A) Grant is looking for tutors in all areas of Science and Mathematics. Tutors will provide individual and group tutoring sessions designed to increase student mastery of concepts or applications of a specific course, integrate skills in effective study and learning to enhance academic success, and provide general academic assistance in one or more science areas of study. A Peer Tutor must demonstrate an ability to quickly establish rapport with students, staff, faculty, and NASNTI-STEM program staff. Qualifications include: a grade of “B” or better in any course for which tutoring will be provided and enrollment in at least six (6) credit hours at Redlands Community College is preferred, though students enrolled at four-year institutions will be considered. Peer tutors must exhibit good work habits such as time management, resource management, and flexibility. CLERY STATEMENT

Redlands Community College is committed to providing a safe place to live, work, study and visit. Part of this effort includes sharing information regarding the safety and security of our campuses.

Redlands provides email notifications to all students, faculty and staff when a Clery Crime occurs in or near Redlands Community College campus or any of its sites. These notifications are primarily sent if the incident poses an ongoing safety threat as determined by the President of the College or his designee. The act requires colleges and universities to make “timely warnings,” known as “Safety Alerts” at Redlands, to campus community members about specific types of crime if an ongoing threat is believed to exist.
